NB Series Screwed Bonnet Needle Valves feature a cold-drawn bar stock body and support pressures up to 6,000 psig (414 bar). The two-piece stem design includes cold-rolled upper stem threads and a hardened lower stem for strength and smooth operation. The upper stem thread lubricant is isolated from system media. The non-rotating lower stem moves linearly up and down instead of rotating, minimizing packing abrasion and reducing friction between the seat and tip. A safety back-seating seal is provided in the fully open position. Available in various connection types, sizes, and handle colors. The handle is securely fastened with double lock-pins.
