Quick-connects are mechanical devices designed to swiftly connect and disconnect fluid systems without the need for tools. They ensure sustained sealing for pipelines and provide an optimal solution for quick coupling of hoses in piping systems. FITOK offers multiple series of quick-connects tailored to various applications, with options for body and stem materials. Select models are available with single-end shutoff, double-end shutoff, or full-flow configurations. Medium and high-pressure series are designed for applications with working pressures of up to 30,000 psig. FITOK quick-connects deliver fast and reliable connections while minimizing spillage and air inclusion, meeting diverse customer requirements and providing efficient, convenient solutions.

  • General Service Quick-Connects, QC Series

    QC Series General Service Quick Connects feature a push-to-connect coupling for quick and easy operation. Available in single-end shutoff, double-end shutoff, and full-flow models, they support working pressures up to 3000 psig (207 bar). Constructed from stainless steel or brass, they include a reliable, leak-tight O-ring seal for vacuum or pressure applications. These quick-connects are interchangeable with other key manufacturers’ products and feature a locking mechanism with a large contact area, ensuring secure stem retention. Stem protectors, body protectors, and keyed options are offered. 

  • Full-Flow Quick-Connects, QF Series

    QF Series Full Flow Quick-Connects provide smooth, open bores with no valves on either end, enabling full-flow capacity to minimize pressure drop, allow easy cleaning, and facilitate quick operation. Constructed from stainless steel or brass, these quick-connects allow easy O-ring replacement without body disassembly. They support working pressures up to 6000 psig (414 bar) and are well-suited for transfer and discharge lines.

  • Double-End Shutoff, High Flow Quick-Connects, QV Series

    QV Series Double-End Shutoff, High Flow Quick-Connects are designed for high flow applications with working pressures up to 2000 psig (137 bar). Their large flow area ensures high flow capacity, while the positive valve stop maintains valve alignment and provides a metal-to-metal valve stop, ensuring full valve opening. Hardened nipples and sleeves, along with solid barstock construction, enhance resistance to hydraulic and mechanical shock. A durable ball-locking mechanism ensures secure connections. These quick-connects are primarily used in hydraulic systems.

  • Miniature Quick-Connects, QM Series

    QM Series Miniature Quick-Connects feature a small orifice, low internal volume, and minimal dead space to reduce air inclusion and spillage. Supporting working pressures up to 4000 psig (276 bar), they are available in single-end shutoff, double-end shutoff, and full-flow models. These quick-connects enable fast and easy coupling in space-constrained applications that require low dead space, frequent coupling, minimal spillage, and reduced inclusion, such as laboratory environments.

  • PTFE-Sealed Quick-Connects, QTM Series

    QTM Series PTFE-Sealed Quick-Connects feature are specially designed to minimize air inclusion and spillage, with a working pressure of up to 4500 psig (310 bar).Keyed quick-connects feature a foolproof mechanical design to prevent accidental mixing of different working lines in real-world applications. The PTFE sealing provides excellent chemical compatibility, making them suitable for a wide range of media. QTM Series quick-connects are available in keys K1 through K8, with color-coded and numbered stems and bodies for easy identification. The push-to-connect design allows for quick and effortless operation, while the locking dog mechanism with a large contact area securely retains the stem.

  • Flat Face Quick-Connects, QP Series

    QP Series Flat Face Quick-Connects  enable quick coupling and uncoupling between components in cooling circulation systems, while minimizing air inclusion and fluid spillage. Featuring a compact design and high flow capacity, they meet the rapid circulation requirements of refrigerants and ensure optimal sealing and cooling efficiency. Compatible with various fluids such as water-glycol, heat transfer oil, and cooling water, they are widely used in electronics, photovoltaic, and information technology cooling systems.

  • Safe Pressure Release Quick-Connects, QCA Series

    QCA Series Safe Pressure Release Quick Connects are designed for high flow compressed air circuits. Pressure release prior to disconnection eliminates the risk of dangerous hose whipping. Large orifice along with full bore design maximizes air flow and contributes to greater tools efficiency. Benefiting from unique internal structure and high quality materials, the quick-connects deliver reliable sealing performance and save the system from unnecessary energy losses and economic losses caused by leakage. 

  • Universal Quick Disconnect, UQD Series
