Pressure-Reducing Regulators Diaphragm Type

Offer excellent sensitivity and stable set point pressures

Pressure-reducing regulators reduce inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure and maintain stability even with fluctuations in inlet pressure. These regulators are widely used in various piping systems. The key characteristic of pressure-reducing regulators is their ability to reduce inlet pressure to a lower outlet pressure during medium flow. Diaphragm type pressure-reducing regulators use a metal diaphragm, offering excellent sensitivity and stable set point pressures. Their diaphragm-sealed construction makes them ideal for high purity applications, while tied-diaphragm designs provide positive shutoff for enhanced safety. Some models come with a captured vent port to safely release the medium in the event of accidental diaphragm sealing failure.

  • General Diaphragm Regulators, RDGC Series

RDGC Series General Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design with a combination of metal diaphragm and free poppet. This configuration ensures excellent sensitivity and stable outlet pressure, making these valves ideal for a variety of gas and low viscosity liquid media that feature low to medium flow. Lift poppet is made of Alloy C-276, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Reinforced diaphragm improves sealing performance and extends service life.

  • General Tied Diaphragm Regulators, RTGC Series

RTGC Series General Tied Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design. Their tied diaphragm construction provides positive shutoff. With no threads or springs in wetted areas, these regulators are ideal for high purity and ultra high purity applications ranging from low to medium flow. Lift poppet and diaphragm are made of Alloy C-22, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Tied diaphragm construction offers positive shutoff for added safety.

  • Medium Flow Diaphragm Regulators, RDGH Series

RDGH Series Medium Flow Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design with a combination of metal diaphragm and free poppet for excellent sensitivity and stable outlet pressure, making them ideal for various medium to high flow gas media. Metal-to-metal seal between valve body and diaphragm provides ensured sealing performance. Large diameter diaphragm offers enhanced pressure sensitivity. Balanced poppet design minimizes the Supply Pressure Effect (SPE).

  • High Flow Diaphragm Regulators, RDGN Series

RDGN Series High Flow Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design with a combination of metal diaphragm and free poppet for excellent sensitivity and stable outlet pressure. The reset spring configuration maintains stable and low outlet pressure, even under high flow conditions, making these regulators ideal for various gas media with high flow.

  • Miniature Diaphragm Regulators, RDCC Series

RDCC Series Miniature Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design with a combination of metal diaphragm and free poppet. This configuration ensures excellent sensitivity and stable outlet pressure. With their compact form, these regulators are ideal for low flow, ultra high purity applications. Lift poppet and diaphragm are made of Alloy C-22, offering excellent corrosion resistance. No threads are exposed to the wetted area for easy purging. FR metal gasket face seal, W-seal, and C-seal connections are available for diverse working conditions.

  • Miniature Tied Diaphragm Regulators, RTCC Series

RTCC Series Miniature Tied Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design and a compact form, making them ideal for low flow ultra high purity applications. Alloy C-22 lift poppet and Alloy C-276 diaphragm provide excellent corrosion resistance. No threads or springs are exposed to the wetted area for easy purging. FR metal gasket face seal, W-seal, and C-seal connections are available for diverse working conditions.

  • Two-Stage Diaphragm Regulators, RDDC Series

RDDC Series Two-Stage Diaphragm Regulators feature a two-stage pressure reduction design. The combination of a metal diaphragm and a free poppet ensures excellent sensitivity and stable outlet pressure. This configuration makes these regulators ideal for low to medium flow applications that require steady outlet pressure. Lift poppet is made of Alloy C-276, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Metal-to-metal seal between valve body and diaphragm provides ensured sealing performance.

  • Sensitive Diaphragm Regulators, RDSC Series

RDSC Series Sensitive Diaphragm Regulators feature a single-stage pressure reduction design and a large-diameter diaphragm to enhance sensitivity to pressure fluctuations, making them ideal for low-flow, high-sensitivity applications.

  • Steam Heated Regulators, RDVC Series

RDVC Series Steam Heated Regulators are designed to heat fluids for analyzer systems, primarily to preheat fluids and prevent gas condensation or liquid evaporation. The unique design allows for easy disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of heat transfer components, reducing maintenance time and costs. High heat transfer rate and low internal volume ensure high flow rate. Wetted metal components comply with NACE MR0175.
