Pressure-Reducing Regulators Diaphragm Type

Offer excellent sensitivity and stable set point pressures

Pressure-reducing regulators reduce inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure and maintain stability even with fluctuations in inlet pressure. These regulators are widely used in various piping systems. The key characteristic of pressure-reducing regulators is their ability to reduce inlet pressure to a lower outlet pressure during medium flow. Diaphragm type pressure-reducing regulators use a metal diaphragm, offering excellent sensitivity and stable set point pressures. Their diaphragm-sealed construction makes them ideal for high purity applications, while tied-diaphragm designs provide positive shutoff for enhanced safety. Some models come with a captured vent port to safely release the medium in the event of accidental diaphragm sealing failure.
