Relief Valves

Available in a variety of types with a wide range of set pressures, ensuring high applicability.

FITOK relief valves are available with a wide range of set pressures for use with both liquid and gas media. They cater to general industry as well as medium-to-high-pressure applications and come with a variety of connection types and sizes.

  • Proportional Relief Valves, RL, RM, and RV Series

RL, RM, and RV Series Proportional Relief Valves open proportionally as upstream pressure exceeds the set pressure and close gradually as pressure decreases. These valves regulate pressure by diverting media flow to protect piping components. They feature an adjustable bonnet cap, adjustable set pressure, and a variety of end connection types, sizes, and seal materials.

  • One-Piece Body Relief Valves, RUV Series

RUV Series One-Piece Body Relief Valves open when system pressure exceeds the set pressure, allowing media to flow out and relieve excess pressure, then close when pressure decreases to the resealing level. The compact, one-piece body design supports cracking pressures from 25 to 500 psig (1.7 to 34.5 bar) and a working temperature range of -10°F to 300°F (-23°C to 148°C).

  • Medium Pressure Relief Valves, HSR and HAR Series

20RS and 20RA Series Medium Pressure Relief Valves feature a maximum set pressure of up to 20,000 psig (1,379 bar) and a working temperature range of 32°F to 400°F (0°C to 204°C). A soft seat design ensures bubble-tight shutoff for gas applications. These valves can be mounted in any direction.

  • High Pressure Relief Valves, HMR Series

HMR Series High Pressure Relief Valves support a maximum set pressure of up to 60,000 psig (4,137 bar) and a working temperature range of -110°F to 400°F (-79°C to 204°C). Metal-to-metal seating provides effective shutoff for both liquids and gases. These valves can be mounted in any direction.

  • Cylinder Relief Valves, RT Series

RT Series Spring Relief Devices are designed for applications such as portable cylinders and pressure vessels, serving as a safety mechanism. When system pressure reaches the set pressure, the device automatically opens to release excess pressure and closes once the pressure stabilizes. The maximum set pressure range is 700 ~ 800 psig (48 ~ 55 bar), with a working temperature range of -20°F to 250°F (-29°C to 121°C).
