Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe is the world’s largest trade fair dedicated to hydrogen technologies, materials, components, and engineering solutions. This year’s event will bring together the entire hydrogen value chain to explore innovations in low-carbon hydrogen production, efficient storage and distribution, and applications across stationary and mobile sectors. More than 300 international speakers and over 15,000 attendees are expected to gather to discuss the latest technologies, advanced materials, manufacturing equipment, infrastructure, and testing and evaluation solutions that will help accelerate the commercialization of hydrogen as a clean energy source.

At this exhibition, FITOK will showcase a full range of products, including the 6D Series fitting installation demo kit for hydrogen systems, 20D Series preset torque installation demo case, integrated gas cabinet, hydrogen application sample case, tubing sample case, medium & high pressure sample case, general instrument sample case, and metal hoses. These sample cases include a series of products designed for hydrogen applications up to 6,500 psig (450 bar) and 20,000 psig (1,379 bar), including 6D and 20D series tube fittings, as well as ball valves, check valves, needle valves, excess flow valves, regulators, filters, metal hoses, and tubing. The 6D and 20D series tube fittings support assembly by torque, ensuring reliable installation with consistent performance and improved efficiency for demanding hydrogen systems.

  • Each valve is tested for internal and external leakage, using a helium-nitrogen gas mixture at 10,150 psig (700 bar) before shipment

  • Working temperature: -40 °F ~ 176 °F (-40 °C ~ 65 °C)

  • Each hose is tested for external leakage, using a helium/air gas mixture at maximum working pressure prior to shipment

Custom Tube Bending and Other Services

 

FITOK offers custom bent tubing in various angles and sizes designed and manufactured to customer drawings or technical requirements. Bends are formed using fully automated tube-bending equipment and inspected with high-precision measuring equipment with accuracy of up to 0.02 mm, ensuring consistent product quality and suitable for complex piping system layout. FITOK bent tubing ensures high accuracy, superior sealing, and improved installation efficiency across a wide range of industrial applications. In addition, custom length straight tubing with ready-to-use ends (including deburring, beveling, and flaring), as well as cone and thread processing and ferrule presetting, are available.
