Hoses and Connectors

Ideal for applications where rigid piping is not suitable

FITOK hoses are crafted from metal, plastics, rubber, and other materials, designed for the delivery of liquids or gases in fluid systems. Their flexible design enables easy movement, making them ideal for applications where rigid piping is not suitable.  FITOK hoses are categorized into multiple series based on attributes and applications, each with specialized construction, core materials, braid layers, or reinforcements. They are available in a wide range of nominal sizes, end connection types, and lengths. Some series also feature fire jacket options. These hoses are designed to handle a variety of working pressures, temperature ranges, and installation conditions. Users can select the appropriate hose based on the properties of the substance being delivered and the specific demands of the application.

  • Metal Flexible Hoses, MH, MM and MX Series

MM, MH, and MX Series Metal Flexible Hoses feature a stainless steel core tube and fittings with a stainless steel overbraid, making them suitable for vacuum and positive pressure applications. Available in nominal hose sizes from 1/4" to 2" and end connections from 1/4" to 2" and 6 mm to 50 mm, they support working pressures up to 6000 psig (413 bar) and temperatures from -200°C to 426°C. Standard and custom lengths are available.

  • PTFE-Lined Stainless Steel Braided Hoses, PS Series

PS Series PTFE-Lined Hoses feature a PTFE core tube, offering exceptional chemical resistance, oil and water repellency, low friction, and wear resistance. With a stainless steel overbraid, these hoses support working pressures up to 3000 psig (207 bar) and temperatures from -65°F to 400°F (-53°C to 204°C). Available in nominal sizes from 1/8" to 1", their lightweight construction ensures easy handling and installation. Standard and custom lengths are available.

  • Multipurpose Push-on Hoses, MP Series

MP Series Push-On Rubber Hoses and Connectors feature a highly oil-resistant rubber core tube, a weatherproof, oil-resistant synthetic rubber cover, and single-braid high strength synthetic fiber reinforcement, offering maximum strength and end connection retention. They come in multiple colors for easy line identification and are available in nominal sizes from 1/4" to 1", with a working pressure of up to 300 psig (20.7 bar) and a temperature range of -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C). Reusable end connections are available in stainless steel or brass. Custom lengths are offered.

  • Thermoplastic Hoses, TH Series

TH Series Thermoplastic Hoses feature a nylon core tube, a polyurethane cover resistant to oil, weather, and abrasion, and double-braid high-strength synthetic fiber reinforcement. End connections are available in various stainless steel materials, with sizes from 1/4" to 1" or 6 mm to 25 mm. Available in nominal hose sizes from 3/16" to 1", these hoses support a working pressure up to 5000 psig (345 bar), with temperatures from -40°F to 200°F (40°C to 93°C). Optional anti-whip cables prevent hoses from whipping around and causing serious injuries in the event of fitting blow-off or hose burst. Custom lengths are available.

  • Compact Steel Wire Braided Hydraulic Hoses, HCH Series

HCH Series Compact Steel Wire Braided Hydraulic Hoses are designed with a synthetic rubber core that is resistant to oil-based or water-based fluids. They feature multiple layers of high-tensile steel wire braiding for reinforcement, along with a weather-resistant, oil-resistant synthetic rubber cover. This construction provides excellent high pressure resistance and a minimal bend radius. These hoses are primarily used with oil-based liquids such as hydraulic oil, gasoline, diesel, lubricating oil, as well as biodegradable hydraulic fluids, fire-resistant synthetic polyol esters, and other similar media.

  • Hose Connectors and Sleeves, HC Series

HC Series Hose Connectors and Sleeves are designed for secure connections with soft plastic or rubber tubing, making them ideal for industrial gas delivery applications. Their user-friendly design simplifies on-site installation, reducing time and improving overall efficiency. The HC series offers broader pressure and temperature compatibility than the connected hoses and is available in multiple materials, connection types, and sizes for diverse applications. The shank design securely grips the tubing’s inner diameter, preventing detachment and enhancing safety. Additionally, these reusable connectors provide a cost-effective solution.

  • Medium and High Pressure Hoses, HHP Series

HHP Series Medium and High Pressure Hoses feature a polymer core tube, multi-layers of spiral wire reinforcement, and a cover coating structure. These hoses offer a small bend radius, high pressure capacity, long service life, and resistance to weather, aging, and wear. Available in various nominal sizes, reinforcement layers, end connection types, and lengths, they are widely used in applications such as high pressure water jetting, oil drilling, chemical transportation, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, and rubber processing. When used in gas applications, the cover must be pin-pricked, and the working-to-burst pressure ratio is up to 1:4. These hoses are not recommended for gas services requiring low permeation rates or rapid pressure relief.

  • Metal Flexible Hoses, HMF Series

HMF Series Metal Flexible Hoses feature an all-metal construction that prevents media permeation, making them ideal for static applications with stringent sealing requirements. These tubes can be manually formed to the desired shape and will retain their form to compensate for pipeline misalignment and vibration under vacuum or low-pressure conditions, thereby improving installation efficiency and overall system reliability.
