Air Headers and Distribution Manifolds

Distribute a single air source to multiple lines

Air headers or distribution manifolds are common components for distributing a single air source to multiple lines. Air headers (FITOK AH Series) are manufactured from tubing, while distribution manifolds (FITOK CM Series) are processed from bars. The inlet ports, available with threaded or flanged connections, connect to the air source. Fluids are delivered to the air header through a line and then evenly distributed to individual instruments. Air headers offer significant advantages, including convenient assembly, simple operation, easy maintenance, and cost-effectiveness. They are widely utilized in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power, and textile. Distribution manifolds, with their compact design and back-seal function, are particularly suited for applications in the petrochemical industry.

  • Air Headers, AH Series

AH Series Air Headers feature a modular design with standard 4- and 6-outlet modules for easy installation and maintenance, reducing time and costs. A variety of inlet, outlet, and vent options are available. The outlet is equipped with a ball valve for isolation, allowing distribution, diversion, and allocation of gas sources. These headers support pressures up to 1,000 psig and operate within a temperature range of 0 to 250°F (-18 to 121°C). Every air header is factory leak-tested with air or nitrogen at the rated working pressure.

  • Distribution Manifolds, CM Series

CM Series Distribution Manifolds feature a one-piece integral body and a compact design, supporting working pressures up to 6,000 psig. Available with PTFE packing for temperatures from -15 to 450°F (-26 to 232°C) or graphite packing for temperatures from -26 to 649°C (-15 to 1,200°F). The needle valve assemblies feature a non-rotating stem to minimize sealing face damage, and a fully back-seated seal in the fully open position. Cold-rolled upper stem threads and a hardened lower stem extend service life. distribution manifold is factory leak-tested with air or nitrogen at the rated working pressure.
