Instrumentation Manifolds

Provide isolation, venting, and equalization for pressure measurement applications

Instrumentation manifolds are a type of process connection system that provides isolation, venting, and equalization for various pressure measurement applications. They are typically used with measuring instruments, including pressure transmitters, gauges, and other pressure sensing devices. Manifolds are suitable for remote or direct mounting applications. FITOK instrumentation manifolds are available in three series: 2-way, 3-way, and 5-way manifolds, with working pressures up to 10,000 psig (690 bar) and temperatures ranging from -65°F to 1200°F (-54°C to 649°C). The two-piece stem design includes a non-rotating lower stem that moves linearly up and down, in replacement of the rotary motion of rise and fall threads, minimizing packing abrasion and reducing friction between the seat and the tip. Every manifold is leak tested at factory at rated working pressure.

  • 2-Valve Manifolds, 2D, 2R, 2DH, and 2RH Series

2D, 2R, 2DH & 2RH Series 2-Valve Manifolds are compactly designed, with two valves in one body, offering fewer potential leak points compared to traditional multi-valve configurations, suitable for liquid level and differential pressure applications. The valves feature a two-piece stem design, with the upper stem threads roll-hardened to isolate the lubricant from the system media, and the lower stem surface specially hardened. These manifolds support pressures up to 690 bar (10,000 psig) and temperatures from -54°C to 649°C (-65°F to 1,200°F). The non-rotating lower stem moves vertically instead of via threaded lifting, reducing packing wear per stroke and minimizing wear between the seat and valve head. The valves provide back-sealing functionality in the fully open position, with a handle secured by a locking screw for durability. All manifolds are factory-tested at rated working pressures.

  • 3-Valve Manifolds, 3D, 3R, 3DH, and 3RH Series

3D, 3R, 2DH & 3RH Series 3-Valve Manifolds are compactly designed, with three valves in one body, offering fewer potential leak points compared to traditional multi-valve configurations, suitable for liquid level and differential pressure applications. The valves feature a two-piece stem design, with the upper stem threads roll-hardened to isolate the lubricant from the system media, and the lower stem surface specially hardened. The valves provide back-sealing functionality in the fully open position, with a handle secured by a locking screw for durability. All manifolds are factory-tested at rated working pressures.

  • 5-Valve Manifolds, 5D, 5R, 5DH, and 5RH Series

5D, 5R, 2DH & 5RH Series 5-Valve Manifolds are compactly designed, with five valves in one body, offering fewer potential leak points compared to traditional multi-valve configurations, suitable for liquid level and differential pressure applications. The valves feature a two-piece stem design, with the upper stem threads roll-hardened to isolate the lubricant from the system media, and the lower stem surface specially hardened. These manifolds support pressures up to 10,000 psig (690 bar) and temperatures from -65°F to 1,200°F (-54°C to 649°C).
