Syphons are accessories that connect pressure gauges to equipment or piping they measure. Syphons are used to buffer the instantaneous impact of measured media on the Bourdon tube and reduce medium temperature, offering protection for pressure gauges.
The Pocket Caliper is a compact, lightweight measuring tool that provides easy portability in a pocket or tool kit.
CP Series Condensate Pots are critical for protecting pressure transmitters and ensuring accurate measurements by isolating sensitive equipment from high temperature and steam. Installed in impulse lines above differential pressure transmitters, they maintain a constant condensate head for precise differential pressure measurement. Offered in five pressure ratings and six configurations, they are designed as per ASME B16.11, with working pressure up to Class 2500. Standard materials include carbon steel, 304SS, and 316SS, with multiple end connections available. All condensate pots are factory tested fully prior to shipment.
WS, LWS & UWS Series Syphons protect pressure instruments, gauges, switches, and transmitters from high temperature process fluids (e.g., steam) while mitigating potential hazards from rapid pressure fluctuations. Three types are available, with maximum working pressures up to 6,000 psig (414 bar) and temperatures to 850°F (454°C). Standard materials: 304SS and 316SS (others upon request). Manufactured under stringent quality control to ensure industry-leading reliability.
The inert silicon coating forms a chemically protective barrier of amorphous silicon on the surface of the stainless steel, preventing adsorption of active chemical compounds and enabling low detection limits for trace-level analysis. FITOK uses top notch inert silicon coating techniques including SilcoNert®2000 to coat our products. The coated product's maximum working pressure and temperature remain unchanged.
The Pocket Caliper is a compact, lightweight measuring tool that provides easy portability in a pocket or tool kit. It allows for quick and convenient measurement of tube inner and outer diameters, wall thickness, and nominal pipe thread dimensions, enabling on-site preliminary identification and assessment of components. Each set includes a stainless-steel caliper and a protective case to prevent wear and impact damage during transport and storage.
