SSM Series Stream Switching Systems integrate stream switching and filtration into a compact, modular assembly. The surface-mount design simplifies installation and maintenance, optimizing space and internal volume while enhancing efficiency. Built-in pneumatic actuators provide repeatable shutoff with fewer potential leak points. Various module types include double block and bleed designs to prevent cross-contamination. These systems operate within a temperature range of -18°F to 400°F (-28°C to 204°C) and a maximum working pressure of 500 psig (34.5 bar), with a drive pressure of 87 psig (6 bar). Low pressure drive components are available. FITOK offers NACE MR0175-compliant materials for sour service applications, as well as an optional silicon coating. Wetted metal components undergo Sulfinert® sulfur passivation treatment.
