  • Screwed Bonnet Needle Valves, NB Series

NB Series Screwed Bonnet Needle Valves feature a cold-drawn bar stock body and support pressures up to 6,000 psig (414 bar). The two-piece stem design includes cold-rolled upper stem threads and a hardened lower stem for strength and smooth operation. The upper stem thread lubricant is isolated from system media. The non-rotating lower stem moves linearly up and down instead of rotating, minimizing packing abrasion and reducing friction between the seat and tip. Safety back seating seals in fully open position. Available in various connection types, sizes, and handle colors. The handle is securely fastened with double lock-pins.

  • Nonrotating-stem Needle Valves, ND and NDH Series

ND and NDH Series Non-Rotating Stem Needle Valves feature a one-piece forged body and a compact design, supporting pressures up to 5,000 psig. A non-rotating stem extends service life, while a soft stem tip enhances sealing performance. These valves feature an O-ring seal for low operating torque and a specially designed handle that prevents contamination. Available in straight and angle flow patterns, with various connection types and sizes.

  • Forged Body Needle Valves, NF and NFH Series

NF and NFH Series Forged Body Needle Valves feature a one-piece forged body with a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psig. A two-piece stem design, with cold-rolled upper stem threads and a hardened lower stem, ensures high strength and smooth operation. The upper stem thread lubricant is isolated from system media. The non-rotating lower stem moves linearly up and down instead of rotating, minimizing packing abrasion and reducing friction between the seat and tip. Various connection types, sizes, and handle colors are available. The handle is securely fastened with double lock-pins.

  • Integral Bonnet Needle Valves, NG and NGH Series

NG and NGH Series Integral Bonnet Needle Valves feature a one-piece forged body with a working pressure of up to 5,000 psig. The compact design reduces installation space, while low operating torque simplifies maintenance. Wetted stem threads positioned below the packing make these valves ideal for high-viscosity fluids. A non-rotating stem tip minimizes seat abrasion. The live-loaded packing system allows for easy external adjustments via the packing nut. Various connection types and sizes are available.

  • Rising Plug Valves, NR and NRG Series

NR and NRG Series Rising Plug Valves feature a cold-drawn square bar body, supporting pressures up to 6,000 psig (414 bar). A non-rotating stem extends seat life. The straight-through, roddable flow path maximizes flow while minimizing pressure drop. Stem thread lubricant is isolated from system media, while a tapered seat enhances sealing. The seat and stem tip are replaceable, and a PTFE ring in the gland protects the stem thread from contamination. Available in various connection types, sizes, and handle colors.

  • Toggle Valves, NT Series

NT Series Toggle Valves feature a one-piece forged body with a non-rotating stem and toggle switch. The compact design enables quick opening and closing, making these valves ideal for low pressure, rapid operation applications. A spring-loaded bonnet maintains the seal between the stem tip and the seat. The soft stem tip reduces operating force while ensuring sealing performance. Available in straight and angle flow patterns, with various connection types and sizes.

  • Union Bonnet Needle Valves, NU and NUH Series

NU and NUH Series Union Bonnet Needle Valves feature a one-piece forged body with a working pressure of up to 10,000 psig. The union bonnet design prevents accidental disassembly. A safety back-seating seal is provided in the fully open position. Available in various connection types, sizes, and handle colors. The handle is securely fastened with double lock-pins.

  • Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) Needle Valves, NY Series

NY Series Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) Needle Valves feature a cold-drawn square bar body, supporting pressures up to 6,000 psig (414 bar). The non-rotating lower stem moves linearly up and down instead of rotating, minimizing packing abrasion and reducing friction between the seat and tip. Hardened stem threads prevent galling and are fully isolated from system media. The externally adjustable gland operates independently of the spindle thread. Bottom mounting is available, along with various connection types and sizes. The handle is securely fastened with double lock-pins.

  • Medium Pressure Needle Valves, 10N, 15N, 20N and 30N Series

10N, 15N, 20N, and 30N Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves feature a non-rotating stem and a bar stock body made of high-tensile 316 stainless steel, with an S17400 stainless steel lower stem. They support pressures up to 30,000 psig (2,068 bar). Metal-to-metal seating ensures reliable shutoff, an extended stem/seat service life for abrasive flow, excellent corrosion resistance, and durability for repeated on/off cycles. A reliable packing gland locking device allows for easy packing replacement. Available with Vee or Regulating stem tips and five flow patterns.

  • High Pressure Needle Valves, 60N Series

60N Series High Pressure Needle Valves feature a non-rotating stem and a bar stock body made of high-tensile 316 stainless steel, with an S17400 stainless steel lower stem. They support pressures up to 60,000 psig (4,137 bar). Metal-to-metal seating ensures reliable shutoff, extended stem/seat service life for abrasive flow, excellent corrosion resistance, and durability for repeated on/off cycles. A reliable packing gland locking device allows for easy packing replacement. Available with Vee or Regulating stem tips and five flow patterns.

  • Subsea Needle Valves, 15SN and 20SN Series

15SN and 20SN Series Subsea Needle Valves feature a high-tensile 316 stainless steel body, supporting pressures up to 20,000 psig (1,379 bar) and water depths of up to 13,800 ft (4,200 m), making them ideal for deep sea applications. The two-part spindle assembly includes a non-rising upper stem, providing an advantage for ROV operation. A non-rotating lower stem ensures positive, non-galling shutoff. Metal-to-metal seating delivers reliable shutoff, an extended stem/seat service life for abrasive flow, excellent corrosion resistance, and durability for repeated on/off cycles. Available in 2-way straight and angle flow patterns, with various connection types and sizes.
