These valves feature adjustable cracking pressure and can be mounted in any direction. A variety of end connections, materials, and spring options are available.

  • All-Stainless Steel Union Bonnet Check Valves, CL Series

CL Series Metal-Seated Lift Check Valves feature a rugged, all-stainless steel construction with a metal-to-metal seal. These valves are free of spring or elastomers, and their union bonnet design adds safety. The lift poppet is gravity-dependent, with a reverse flow coefficient of less than 0.1% of the forward flow coefficient. These valves prevent reverse flow up to 6000 psig (413 bar) and 900°F (482°C).

  • Anti-Siphon Back Pressure Check Valves, CSV Series

CSV Series Anti-Siphon Back Pressure Check Valves combine anti-siphon, back pressure, and non-return functions into one compact valve. With a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psig (690 bar), these valves allow inline adjustment of cracking pressure, with a broad pressure range of 50 ~ 450 psig (3.44 ~ 31.0 bar). Their small size and lightweight design enable easy installation and operation, reducing the number of connections required and improving system reliability.

  • All-Welded Check Valves, CW Series

CW Series All-Welded Check Valves are designed with an internally threadless, all-welded body, supporting a maximum working pressure of 3000 psig (206 bar) and a cracking pressure of less than 2 psig (0.14 bar). The standard surface roughness is finished to Ra 20 μin. (0.51 μm), with electropolished wetted surfaces as an option. These valves are suitable for high-purity and ultra-high-purity applications.

  • Low Pressure Medium Flow Check Valves, CHP Series

CHP Series Low Pressure Medium Flow Check Valves feature a low cracking pressure (1/3 psig (0.02 bar)), ensuring high sensitivity. They offer a maximum working pressure of 145 psig (10 bar) and a flow coefficient (Cv) of 2.5. A metal-to-metal seal between the valve body and gasket enhances sealing performance, while a cone face seal between the seal ring and valve body provides excellent reverse sealing. Various connection types are offered.

  • Low Pressure High Flow Check Valves, CB Series

CB Series Low Pressure High Flow Check Valves feature a low cracking pressure (≤0.12 bar [1.8 psig]), ensuring high sensitivity. They also provide a high flow capacity, with a flow coefficient (Cv) of up to 165.5, and a maximum working pressure of up to 250 psig (17.2 bar). A metal-to-metal seal between the valve body and bonnet ensures reliable sealing, while the packless design eliminates particle contamination from packing wear. An integrated purge port on the valve body allows for easy purging.

  • High Flow Sensitive Check Valves, CF Series

CF Series High Flow Sensitive Check Valves, also known as exhaust check valves, feature a 316 SS body with minimal cracking pressure, high flow capacity, and nonadjustable cracking pressure. These valves come with KF40 vacuum flange ports and various cracking pressure ranges. They are typically installed on the exhaust side of vacuum pumps to prevent air from entering the system during pump shutdowns or malfunctions.

  • Medium and High Pressure O-Ring Sealed Check Valves, 10C, 15C, 20C, and 60C Series

10C, 15C, 20C, and 60C Series O-Ring Sealed Check Valves feature a resilient O-ring seat design, ensuring noise-free closing and reliable reverse flow prevention. They offer a maximum working pressure of 60,000 psig (4137 bar) with cracking pressures ranging from 14 psig to 26 psig (0.97 bar to 1.79 bar). These valves provide unidirectional flow and tight shut-off for liquids and gases with high reliability. Various connection types and sizes are available.

  • Medium and High Pressure Metal-Seated Check Valves, 10CO, 15CO, 20CO, and 60CO Series

10CO, 15CO, 20CO, and 60CO Series Metal-Seated Ball Check Valves, designed for high pressure working conditions, feature an integral ball and poppet design that ensures positive, in-line seating without "chatter." The maximum working pressure is up to 60,000 psig (4137 bar). The poppet design is optimized for axial flow with minimal pressure drop. Optional materials for the cover and ball poppet are available for extended life. Various connection types and sizes are offered.
